We had a great experience at a friendly hotel just outside the city center. The receptionist was helpful, providing maps, bus times, and even assisting with a phone call to a tour company. The location was convenient, and the lobby and restaurant were excellent. I'll recommend this hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness of the rooms and hotel facilities were great. It was evident that great care was taken to maintain a clean and tidy environment. The hotel also provided free parking, a great benefit for us. the location of the hotel, opposite the 105 bus stop, made it convenient for us to explore the city center. We could easily reach the city center by bus or taxi at a cost of 15 pounds. The staff, especially the reception personnel, were kind and helpful, with excellent English skills.
